Refund And Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation to any of ''Towing 411'' services or products can be done by the user within 15 days of the service purchase date.
- No cancellation will be done after 15 days of the service purchase date.
- No cancellation is applied to the services offered under promotional discounts. They are limited edition, hence cancellation doesn't apply to them.
- A service stands cancelled if payment is not received within the next 7 working days.
- Refunds will only be entertained if requested within 15 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be entertained for the work already completed.
- No refunds for fees paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.
- No refunds if service gets cancelled due to violation of terms stated in our terms & conditions and privacy policy.
- “Towing 411” is not liable to any refunds if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
